We are looking for a wheeled machine driver and a production worker

  • Come and work at Tervola Sawmill and Hogging Mill in Tervola - we are looking for a wheeled machine driver and a production worker! The work is mainly single-shift work, 8h working days. The driver's duties include versatile handling of timber with a wheeled machine, transporting and handling timber packages between production lines, and handling and transferring round wood for sorting and sawing. Previous experience and basic machine maintenance skills would be considered an advantage. As a production worker, you will work as part of the production team in various work phases as required. Your duties will include handling timber at various stages of the sawmill line. The work may be varied and may include sorting, planing, packaging and other production workstations. We value adaptability and the willingness to work in different positions depending on the situation - the content of the working days may vary. We expect careful and responsible work, initiative and cooperation, interest in learning new things and Finnish language skills. Previous experience in the field is an advantage, but not essential - the most important thing is the right attitude and a strong desire to learn new things.
