Opening celebrations of the sawmill 1.9.2023
On Friday 1.9.2023, we celebrated the inauguration of our new sawmill. The programme of the event started with an overview of the project, from the first meetings to the finished package, which was shown in the form of a video. We were transported into a festive mood by a piece from Vivaldi's Four Seasons, Winter, played by organist Elias Niemelä, who accompanied the video. Open doors
Our new sawmill open house event will take place on Friday 1.9.2023. The public will have the opportunity to visit the plant and the sawmill from 14-18. The tour will take place in guided small groups. The entrance route to the venue is via Varejoentie, Varejoentie 35, where signposts will direct you to the venue. Earlier in the day, the sawmill will be inaugurated by Sari Essayah, Minister of Agriculture and Forestry. To celebrate, salmon soup and coffee with filling cake will be served.
